RAMJO are pleased to welcome Brett Stonestreet as the RAMJO Executive Officer.
Brett has been Interim Executive Officer since October 2025, before proving through the recruitment process that he was the best fit for our JO. Brett brings more than 40 years of local government experience to RAMJO, having held leadership roles in several councils across NSW and Victoria, including most recently General Manager at one of our member councils, Griffith City Council.
Brett was recognised in 2023 with a Public Service Medal for outstanding service to the community of Griffith, having earned a reputation as a steady and respected leader, guiding major projects and championing community‑focused decision‑making. From building a private hospital to driving new housing initiatives, Brett has always found fulfilment in delivering projects that respond directly to community needs. He is equally inspired by the region.
He has been very proactive to date, especially in his advocacy for the MDBA Plan Submission.
