The Community Change Program is available to communities within the Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation footprint. Developed by Team Resilience, and funded by a Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network Empowering Communities grant, the program is a free community coaching program aiming to provide real help across Australia. The program is self-paced and online with access to six coaching calls with Team Resilience. The program is designed to help people get very clear around their emotions and also gain clarity in their values, purpose and mission in life.
