RAMJO is working to increase support among our 11 member councils across the region for Procurement Services, through;

• Providing coordinated RFQ and RFT services for shared goods and services where appropriate
• Improving contract documentation to ensure adequate protections are in place, contractually for member councils
• Improving processes and systems to get the best practice outcome for procurement activities
• Providing contract management services to our member councils

We look forward to having a fully implemented, best practice sustainable and cost-effective procurement solution and methodology for our member councils, essential to RAMJO delivering on the key strategic priorities identified for the region.
